Wireless Router
You only need a wireless router in the following situations:
1. If you have more than one computer or wireless devices that utilize the internet, you will require a wireless router.
2. If you have a laptop and want to be able to move your computer around your home, you will require a wireless router.

Please note: you do not have to purchase your router through Shelby Electric, but we do recommend the Linksys brand if you
opt to buy elsewhere. Also note: wireless routers are not covered under our maintenance plan regardless of where they are purchased.

Maintenance Plan
Our maintenance plan is $5.00/month and covers the replacement and maintenance of your CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) and service call fees Please note: your wireless router, if required, and computer are your property and therefore not Shelby Electric's responsibility or obligation to maintain or replace. In addition, service calls needed due to an operator error or subscriber equipment (hardware or software) problems will not be covered under the maintenance plan.
